Abstract Light-Emitting Diode (LED), as a new generation of solid-state lighting source, is widely used in various fields due to its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. Its luminous flux maintenance rate and aging life are core indicators for measuring product quality. This paper takes the LISUN LEDLM-84PL LED Optical Aging Test Instrument as the research object. Designed in accordance with the IES LM-84 and TM-28 standards, this instrument integrates high-low temperature environment simulation, photoelectric parameter collection and life prediction functions. The Human Body Model (HBM) and Machine Model (MM) are the main sources of electrostatic threats faced by semiconductor devices during production, transportation, and use. This article focuses on the LISUN ESD-883D Electrostatic Discharge Simulator (HBM/MM), elaborating in detail on its design principles, compliance with international and domestic standards, equipment features, specifications, and applications in ESD susceptibility testing of semiconductor devices such as LED chips, transistors, and ICs. Abstract With the increasing complexity of electrical and electronic systems, the reliability of power supply lines and internal connecting cables under transient interference has become a critical concern. Natural lightning-induced surges and high-capacity inductive-capacitive load switching can generate high-energy transient disturbances, which may cause irreversible damage to sensitive components. This paper focuses on the surge test generator as a core tool for evaluating the surge tolerance of these components, with a specific analysis of the LISUN SG61000-5 Surge Generator. Abstract Glow wire flammability testing is a critical evaluation method for assessing the fire safety of polymeric materials used in lighting devices, electronic products, and household appliances. This study aims to systematically investigate the glow wire flammability performance of common engineering plastics, focusing on ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability index (GWFI), and combustion behavior. The experiments were conducted using the LISUN ZRS-3H Glow-wire Test Apparatus, which complies with international standards including IEC 60695-2-10 and UL 746A. Three representative materials—glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate (PC-GF30), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT-GF30), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET-GF30)—were tested under controlled conditions. Results indicate that PC-GF30 exhibits the highest GWIT (825°C) and GWFI (900°C), followed by PBT-GF30 (GWIT: 725°C; GWFI: 800°C) and PET-GF30 (GWIT: 675°C; GWFI: 750°C).
