  The degree of protection against dust and water is indicated by the IP65 rating system, which is a rating system used for electrical equipment. The abbreviation IP stands for " Ingress Protection ," and the next two numbers denote the degree of defense against solids and liquids respectively. If the equipment has a rating of 6, this indicates that it is entirely protected against dust, and if it has a rating of 5, this indicates that it is protected against low-pressure water jets coming from any direction.
