What are the differences between IP5X and IP6X dustproof test?

As the product must be entirely sealed against dust in order to pass the IP6X test, the length of the test is often greater than that of the IP5X test.
  • Standards for testing It is required that tests for both IP5X and IP6X be carried out in compliance with the IEC 60529 standard as well as any other relevant industry standards, such as the MIL-STD-810G standard.
