Abstract With the rapid development of industrial electronics and power systems, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) has become a critical criterion for ensuring the stable operation of electrical and electronic equipment. Damped oscillatory wave interference, a common electromagnetic disturbance in power grids and industrial environments, can cause malfunctions or even damage to sensitive equipment. The IEC 61000-4-18 Slow and Fast Damped Oscillatory Wave standard specifies the testing and measurement techniques for evaluating equipment immunity to such interference. This paper takes the LISUN DOW61000-18 series Damped Oscillatory Wave Immunity Tester as a case study, systematically analyzing the technical background of the IEC 61000-4-18 standard (including slow and fast damped oscillatory wave requirements), the design principles of damped oscillatory wave generators, and the technical specifications and application scenarios of the LISUN DOW61000-18 series. Through detailed paramet...

Abstract This paper focuses on the significance of ISTA and ASTM Drop Test Machines for packages, with a particular emphasis on the LISUN DT-60KG Automatic Double – Arms Drop Test Machine. It elaborates on how these machines measure the impact that packages endure during transportation and handling processes, such as drops. By conducting relevant tests, the impact strength of packages can be identified, which provides crucial guidance for packaging design. Through in – depth analysis and the presentation of data and principles, this paper aims to enhance the understanding of the importance of drop test machines in ensuring the integrity of packages and their contents during the supply chain journey. 1. Introduction In the complex logistics and supply chain network, packages are constantly exposed to various mechanical stresses during transportation, loading, unloading, and storage. Among these, drop impacts are one of the most common and potentially damaging factors that can lead to...

Abstract Alloy analysis is critical in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and waste metal recycling, as it ensures material quality, safety compliance, and resource efficiency. Traditional alloy analysis methods (e.g., laboratory-based atomic absorption spectroscopy or inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry) are limited by their bulkiness, high cost, and requirement for sample pretreatment, making on-site testing impractical. The Portable X-ray Spectrometer (XRF-based) addresses these gaps by enabling rapid, non-destructive, and on-site elemental analysis. This study focuses on the LISUN EDX-3 Portable X-ray Spectrometer (XRF Metal Analyzer/Alloy Gold Tester), systematically evaluating its working principle, technical specifications, performance (accuracy, precision, detection limit), and practical applications. Experimental validation using standard alloy samples (e.g., stainless steel 304, brass H62, aluminum alloy 6061) shows that the EDX-3 achieves a rel...

Abstract With the mandatory implementation of the RoHS 2.0 revised directive (EU) 2015/863 since July 22, 2019, four phthalates have been added to the list of restricted substances, supplementing the original six restricted substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers). To meet the urgent need for rapid and accurate screening of these phthalates in electrical and electronic equipment, LISUN Group has developed the EDX-4 ROHS 2.0 Test Equipment, a dedicated system based on pyrolysis desorption technology. This study systematically introduces the composition, technical parameters, experimental methods, performance verification, and typical application cases of the EDX-4 system. Results show that the equipment achieves a minimum detection limit of 25 ppm (3× signal-to-noise ratio), a linear correlation coefficient (R²) > 0.998, and a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 5.24%, outperforming traditional methods such as...

Abstract Conducted emissions, a critical component of electromagnetic interference (EMI), refer to the propagation of unwanted electromagnetic energy through conductive media such as power lines, cables, or connectors. Accurate measurement of conducted emissions is essential for ensuring electronic devices comply with international standards, avoiding interference with other equipment, and maintaining system reliability. This paper focuses on the principles, standards, and practical implementation of conducted emissions tests, with a detailed analysis of the LISUN EMI-9KB EMI Test Receiver system—a specialized tool designed for conducted and radiated emissions testing. The system’s configuration, technical specifications, compliance with international standards (e.g., CISPR15:2018, EN55015), and application scenarios are explored, highlighting its effectiveness in conducting precise and reliable conducted emissions tests. 1. Introduction In an increasingly interconnected world, electro...

Abstract With the widespread application of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in lighting, displays, and medical devices, concerns about their potential photobiological hazards—such as retinal damage from blue light exposure—have grown significantly. The LED Photobiological Radiation Safety Test has become a critical procedure to evaluate these risks and ensure compliance with international standards. Traditional laboratory-based testing systems, while accurate, lack mobility, limiting their use in field inspections, production lines, and on-site quality control. This paper introduces the LISUN EN62471-P Portable Retinal Blue Light Hazard Tester, a device developed based on laboratory-grade LED Photobiological Radiation Safety Test principles to address this gap. It details the tester’s design, technical specifications, compliance with standards (e.g., IEC 62471), and practical applications. The analysis demonstrates that the EN62471-P maintains high accuracy while offering portability, ma...
